UK Delivery Times & Costs

Stock Items

FREE UK Standard Delivery, contact-less via either DHL or RM. Please allow approx 3 – 5 working days.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY (Monday to Friday only) – is available at a cost of £8.95 for orders placed before noon and will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

UK Saturday delivery is available at £12.50.

Made to Order/Special Commissions

If you are ordering one of our “made to order” pieces of jewellery you will need to allow 6 – 8 weeks for the process of design, visuals and production.  We will keep you informed of the progress and the estimated delivery date when known.

EU Delivery Times & Costs

We currently ship to most EU countries.  If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us to confirm if we can ship to you.

All EU orders will be posted out by Royal Mail International Signed For and costs £14.95.

For items in stock please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery.

A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international countries.  If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us to confirm if we can ship to you.

International orders up to £500 will be posted out by Royal Mail International Signed For and costs £16.95 and for orders over £500 will be sent via insured courier and cost £95.

For items in stock please allow 10 – 15 working days for delivery.

A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Returns

You are entitled to return your cancel and return your order for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods delivered to you – as long as they have not been worn or damaged, and they are returned to us within 14 working days of receipt, and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will not exchange or refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of abuse. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on earrings. 

Made to Order/Special Commissions

As made to order pieces are handmade to order we do not accept returns on these unless they are faulty.

When returning items we recommend all returns are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refund amounts will be issued via PayPal or Stripe using the same details used when placing your original order.
